UK-based tour operator Scuba Travel are looking for a Travel Consultant to join their busy sales team.

Job Description

We are looking for an upbeat positive person to join our friendly sales team.
With a desire and willingness to exceed our clients expectations and a can do attitude.

Working as part of the team you will be responsible for selling all of Scuba Travels worldwide holidays.
Selling directly to customers and agents both on the telephone and occasionally face to face.
Scuba Travel are a team and every member actively contributes to the company’s success.

Job Requirements

A high degree of accuracy is needed and attention to detail is essential.
Excellent organisational skills with good computer literacy.
A normal working week is 9 – 5:30 Monday to Friday although occasional Saturdays and Dive Show weekends may be required.
Being a good team player is important as well as being able to work on your own initiative.

Location

The Travel consultants role is based at Scuba Travels HQ in the loft of a Grade II listed mill in the heart of Godalming Surrey with access to parking and a mainline station only 3mins walk away.

Experience

Scuba Diving Qualification – essential
Tour Operator/Travel agents – preferable
Overseas travel – essential
Front line sales / customer service experience – essential
