Manta rays can be seen throughout the year, with the most spectacular encounters typically occurring between May and November. Whale sharks are most commonly encountered during April, May, October, and November, offering divers the unforgettable opportunity to swim alongside the world’s largest fish.

The elegant Maldives Aggressor II is the perfect platform from which to explore this spectacular destination. Purpose-built for comfort, safety, and exceptional diving, the yacht offers three carefully crafted itineraries that showcase the very best of the Maldives’ diverse atolls.

Every voyage begins and ends in Malé, providing convenient access to some of the Indian Ocean’s most renowned dive sites. Guests can choose between seven-night and ten-night adventures, allowing ample time to discover an incredible variety of underwater landscapes and marine encounters.

Divers on the seven-night itinerary enjoy an average of up to 18 daytime dives along with two exciting night dives, while the ten-night itinerary offers an average of 27 daytime dives and three memorable night dives. Dive profiles generally range from 40 to 100 feet (12 to 30 meters), making the destination suitable for a wide range of certified divers. Water temperatures remain pleasantly warm throughout the year, varying from approximately 80°F (27°C) during the wet season to 86°F (30°C) during the dry season, making a lightweight 3mm wetsuit the ideal choice for most guests.

Guest comfort is a top priority aboard the Maldives Aggressor II. All diving operations are conducted from a spacious, fully equipped 60-foot dhoni, a traditional Maldivian dive tender designed specifically to provide a smooth, efficient, and comfortable diving experience. Accommodating up to 28 passengers, the dhoni offers generous space for gearing up, entering and exiting the water with ease, and relaxing between dives.
