DCI emergency telephone number for Scotland has changed

The Scottish emergency number for reporting DCI incidents has been changed to 0345 408 6008. This number replaces the previous 0845 number and has come into place with immediate effect.

The full list of emergency contact numbers for the UK for use following a diving incident and in particular decompression illness (DCI) are listed here.

Numbers are provided for the British Hyperbaric/Royal Navy (BHA/RN) Helpline and Aberdeen Royal Infirmary 24 hour numbers for free scuba diving illness advice and to arrange recompression treatment.
