St Abbs Diver?

Are you a St Abbs Diver? Yes – then a researcher needs your opinion!

A marine science student is currently in the middle of her Masters dissertation at Heriot-Watt University, and needs some answers from the scuba diving community.

If you dive off St Abbs, Summer Lewis would like to hear from you. She is collaborating with The Berwickshire Marine Reserve and BLUE Marine Foundation to research how the marine reserve is used by divers. In particular Summer would like to know about your experiences of diving in the area, and your opinions on how the reserve is being managed. The research will help influence future sustainable management in a way that benefits both divers and the marine environment.

Rosemary Lunn
Roz is the Founder of The Underwater Marketing Company, Co-founder of EUROTEK, and established TEKDiveUSA. She is a PADI IDC Staff Instructor, a BSAC Advanced Instructor, and a rebreather and Trimix diver. Before moving into the PR field she worked as a full time recreational instructor in the UK and abroad, on History Channel and National Geographic documentaries, as a safety diver, and modelled underwater.
