Ross Noble headlines Shark Trust’s flagship event: For the Love of Sharks 2026
The Shark Trust is delighted to announce that For the Love of Sharks will be back in London later this year.
Those attending will join a host of engaging, shark-loving, speakers including Ross Noble, Tom “The Blowfish” Hird and the Shark Trust team for an evening celebrating shark conservation at the Royal Geographical Society in London this November.

The event will be a celebration of all things shark. Those lucky enough to get hold of tickets will hear from guest speakers with a passion for sharks. And this year’s event is going to have some incredible tales from some of the most popular shark TV programmes you have seen on your screens recently.

Ross Noble: Award-winning stand-up comedian and actor.
Ross recently took part in ITV’s Shark! Celebrity Infested Waters. He will bring his unique perspective to his time spent learning to dive and diving with sharks in The Bahamas for this TV series.
Ross said: “I had never dived before filming Shark! Celebrity Infested Waters. Learning to dive and going diving with sharks in The Bahamas was genuinely life changing. It opened my eyes to the underwater world, and how amazing sharks are. I’m delighted to be supporting the Shark Trust and can’t wait to share my experience with the For the Love of Sharks audience in November!”
Tom “The Blowfish” Hird: The world’s only Heavy Metal Marine Biologist!
Tom is the host of Netflix’s All The Sharks. Fish is a long-standing Shark Trust member, supporter and Ambassador.
At heart, Fish is happiest in our own British seas, supporting all sea life from sharks to sponges and spreading the word about the wonders of the ocean.
If you have not seen either ITV’s Shark! Celebrity Infested Waters or Netflix’s All the Sharks, you have plenty of time to catch up on all the episodes before the event.

The winners of Shark Photographer of the Year 2026 will be announced live on the night. So, the audience will be the first to find out who won and see the stunning images on the big screen.
