The journey to the Yucatan peninsula is an exotic mix of underwater adventures, intensive encounters with nature, culture and Caribbean atmosphere on white sandy beaches. During the winter months from December till March, the Riviera Maya shows off with 2 natural spectacles: In striking distance of the shore of Playa del Carmen, Bull Sharks aggregate in crystal-clear waters; and in the North of the peninsula the Leopards of the Oceans, the Sailfish, can be encountered hunting for food.
Join Dr. Erich Ritter, Wirodive and Pro Dive Mexico for one week of bull shark encounters. Afterwards, indulge yourself in the pleasure of observing Sailfish during their hunt, the so called Sailfish Run.
