PADI Facebook Page reaches 1,000,000 Fans

PADI’s Facebook page has reached 1,000,000 fans, which as Ron Burgundy would say, is kind of a big deal.

Here’s what PADI themselves had to say about reaching the milestone:

‘We want to thank youPADI Fans, for sharing your passion for diving and bringing our page to 1,000,000 Likes. Whether you’ve asked a question, posted your favourite photo to the Page, or shared a fun fact – you’ve helped us create an online dive tribe like no other. Each day we receive captivating images and videos from people who share our love for diving, and we can’t get enough!

The PADI Facebook Page is a place where you – along with 1 million divers around the world – can find helpful information, tell stories about your favourite scuba diving experiences and engage with others about your passion for the underwater world. It is a place where you can share the beautiful details of nudibranch, moments of awe in the presence of whale sharks or even fun photos of marine life joining the ‘selfie’ trend.

As the biggest Facebook Page dedicated to divers, we are committed to providing you with great scuba diving articles, news, inspiring photos, videos and a collection of other scuba and underwater content.

Not yet a PADI Facebook Fan? We welcome you to connect and join the community!’
