New Hollis Buoyancy Systems Cut the Guesswork

Elite tech diving manufacturer Hollis unveiled recently its plans to release new diver-specific buoyancy systems this summer.

Long applauded for its components and modular add-ons, in creating the new systems, Hollis seeks to introduce a new demographic to its equipment while also targeting specific diver types with bespoke dive kits.

Whether you’re a single-tank diver, a twin-cylinder diver—diving in the Caribbean or locally in cold water—we’ve tailored a system specifically for you,” Hollis Brand Manager Nick Hollis says of the new systems. “We’ve taken the guesswork out and curated our most popular components into options that’ll meet your needs.”

The new Systems are divided into three categories: the ST System, the ST Elite and the DT System.

Rooted in rugged simplicity, the ST System is designed for minimalist divers and comes in regular and travel-friendly options. The ST Elite offers a full-featured feel by including Hollis’ Elite 2 harness—producing comfort akin to a BCD. Minimal and simple, the DT System is designed for the rigorous demands of the discerning doubles diver.
