New Book: Shark Super Powers!
Shark Super Powers is a new book packed with shark facts from Jillian Morris and Duncan Brake, illustrated by Steve May and with a forward from Steve Backshall.
The book describes the “super powers” of 14 unique species of shark, making it the perfect books for budding marine biologists and shark-mad kids. It is full of weird and wonderful information about these apeks predators.
Did you know that there are sharks that glow in the dark? Or how about ones that fart to adjust their buoyancy? Each chapter includes Fast Facts, a map showing where you can find the species, a description of their super power and includes both photographs and wonderful illustrations.
This book is a must for all shark-loving parents (or in our case grandparents) to give to their youngsters to encourage the next generation of shark biologists, divers and conservationists. I know our grandkids are going to love it!
Shark Super Powers has been written by the team behind Sharks4Kids and is well thought out, fun and full of sharky facts. The illustrations bring the characters to life and make learning about sharks even more fun!
