Diver dies after being found at Dutch Springs, Pennsylvania

A diver who was pulled from the water at the weekend at Dutch Springs in Pennsylvania later died, reports Northampton County Coroner Zachary Lysek.

Pax Williams, 54, from the Philadelphia area, was found unresponsive at the diving quarry and water park at about 1 p.m. on Saturday, Lysek said. He was brought to the surface where emergency responders attempted to resuscitate him. Williams was transported to St. Luke’s University Health Network Anderson Campus in Bethlehem Township  in Pennsylvania where further efforts to revive him failed.

The cause and manner of death are pending investigation.
