Enjoy the relaxed, laid back atmosphere of the Southern Dive Villages Marsa Shagra, Marsa Nakari & Wadi Lahamai. Marsa Shagra, a unique location the likes of which you will not find anywhere else in the world. A diving village with an extensive house reef offering easy access from the shore. Marsa Shagra offers an unlimited diving concept where you can dive as much, or as little as you like. Marsa Nakari is a charming village featuring a sheltered bay. A smaller, quieter and more remote alternative to Marsa Shagra. A fantastic house reef just, unlimited diving and peace and tranquillity. The perfect mixture for a perfect dive holiday. Wadi Lahami’s position on the edge of Wadi El Gamal national park, and alongside a protected mangrove area makes this village particularly special for its birds and wild life. Sighting of Sea Eagles are very common in these parts, and passing camels taking lunch, a dip, and sometimes a drink from the equipment rinsing stations aren’t that unusual. These unique villages give divers access to many outstanding reefs including Elphinstone and Samadi Reefs from this still relatively remote location.
