Constellation Fleet crew come to the rescue of marine life again (watch video)

Following the crew and guests of Constellation Fleet’s MV Leo disentangling a hawksbill turtle from a loose net recently, the boat manager of MV Virgo, Mohamed Nixam (Mario), cut a fishing line from around a manta whilst on ‘Best of Maldives’ itinerary at Kalhahandi Huraa manta feeding station.

Mario can be seen in this video carefully cutting the line free from this gentle manta using a dive knife from diver and photographer Ron Katz from Toronto, Canada. The manta then returns and hovers in front of Mario; a rewarding thank you!
