Behind the scenes at Alex Tattersall’s UW Photo Workshop at NAD Lembeh (Watch Video)

Self-professed ‘video monkey’ Richard from Black Manta Photography gives us an exclusive behind the scenes tour of Alex Tattersall’s Underwater Photography workshop at NAD Lembeh, North Sulawesi, Indonesia.

Have you ever thought about attending an underwater photo workshop, but been put off because you don’t think you’re good enough or are worried you’ll not get enough tuition to make a difference? Well think again!!

Although I’m a self-professed ‘video monkey’, and never take underwater photos, I was so intrigued to find out what goes on that I booked myself onto a Underwater Photography Workshop taking place at NAD Lembeh through the guys at OonasDivers, which was being run by Alex Tattersall of Nauticam UK.

Being able to listen to the daily presentations, and seeing first hand how each photographer evolved over the course of the week, drove me to create this video that features four of the divers on the workshop who talk about what they achieved from the trip.

Alex himself speaks about balancing the needs of individuals and the processes required to bring the workshops together, while Simon Buxton (Owner of NAD Lembeh) talks about why NAD Lembeh is the perfect location to hold the workshops and how his team is  best placed to help improve a diver’s underwater photography skills.

If you haven’t booked on a trip before watching this, I bet you will be by the time the video is over!
