An update from the Regaldive Team
Here is an update from UK-based Tour Operator Regaldive:
All of us at Regaldive want to thank you for all your support and patience while we work through these unsettling and challenging times. We have had some great conversations over the past few weeks and are hugely grateful for all your kind messages and understanding.
Last week we made the transition to work remotely and we are all set up to support you from home, and are contactable by email or phone.
As you will undoubtedly appreciate, now that all our overseas clients have been repatriated, in light of the government announcement restricting all non-essential travel, we are making contact with all clients departing before the end of May – prioritised by date of departure. Our expert dive team will be in contact with you to talk through the next steps and guide you with your choices. We rely on advice from the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office to inform our approach in all situations.
We are in truly unprecedented times and things have evolved quickly. We will do our utmost to keep you informed at every step of this journey and our primary concern is looking after all of our divers and their treasured holiday plans. As well as dealing with the here and now, we are looking forward to the future and hope that you are too. We are eagerly looking ahead to the time when we can dive beneath the waves again. Whether you have a passion for wrecks, critters, corals or ocean giants, the big blue is waiting for us all to don our fins, masks and BCDs once more.
