Adapting to Dive: An Update

An update by Jim Elliot, Founder and President:

Adapting to Dive continues to inspire people and win awards at film festivals around the world. Here are some photos from last Friday’s Orlando Film Festival where I joined the film maker David Marsh and Peggy, one of the adaptive divers in the documentary.

The most moving part of the documentary for me is the testimonials from the Navy veteran, Tracy, who contracted ALS. I cry every time I watch it. See here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/video/detail/B0B14MXHXM/ref=atv_dp_share_cu_r

The original Scubaverse interview with Jim and Tinamarie about the film can be seen here: https://www.scubaverse.com/jeff-chats-to-jim-elliott-and-tinamarie-hernandez-of-diveheart-watch-video-2/

Diveheart is a US-based, nonprofit tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization which aims to provide and support educational scuba diving programs that are open to any child, adult or veteran with a disability, with the hope of providing both physical and psychological therapeutic value to that person.
