Aggressor Adventures Announces Leadership Updates Within Operations Department
Aggressor Adventures has announced key leadership updates within its Operations Department following the recent appointment of Jay Roberts as Chief Executive Officer and the transition of longtime Vice President of Operations, Larry Speaker.
After years of dedicated service, Larry Speaker is stepping away from Aggressor Adventures, leaving behind a lasting impact on Aggressor’s global operations and fleet management. His leadership has played a significant role in shaping the company’s operational standards and long-term success.

As part of this transition, Aggressor Adventures is pleased to announce the appointment of David Carl as Director of Operations. A seasoned leader with decades of management experience, David brings a proven track record of operational excellence, team development, and strategic execution across complex, multi-location environments. In his new role, he will oversee day-to-day operations while continuing to strengthen the company’s commitment to safety, service, and consistency across all destinations.
Justin Brown has been promoted from Assistant Operations Manager to Operations Manager. A valued member of the team, Justin’s experience and leadership will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards Aggressor is known for.
Henri Fourie joins the corporate team as Assistant Operations Manager, bringing additional operational support and engineering expertise to the department.
Meaghan Baker will continue in her role as Operations Administrator, ensuring continuity and organizational strength across daily operations.
