Diving Indonesia Part Two – Komodo Resort & Diving Club, Sebayor (Watch Video)

Whenever I heard the word ‘Komodo’, my imagination transported me back to a time long forgotten when dinosaurs roamed the earth and dragons were uber cool. However, after visiting Komodo for the first time, these islands scattered across the turquoise waters of Indonesia will forever remind me of the rich and diverse marine creatures that never ceased to amaze us!

Candy crabs and ghost pipefish mingle amongst the soft corals, while turtles are absolutely EVERYWHERE! If you manage to go a dive without seeing one you must have your eyes closed!

And if it’s current diving you like, then look no further! You often find that the large pelagics such as manta rays adore the fast-paced water – seemingly motionless while the divers around them are struggling to stop their regulators embedding themselves in their cheeks! Here, you will find a number of dive sites that offer plenty of close-up sightings of mantas and sharks, but in a bid to cast your imagination to the land that time forgot make sure you go and check out the dragons… They are AMAZING!
