Fantasea create useful camera & housing comparison tables

Fantasea create comparison tables for most popular compact and mirrorless cameras

It is sometimes hard to work out which camera and housing you want to choose and so Fantasea have created comparison tables to make this task a little easier.

They have created tables that hold a host of information for some of the top choices for underwater photographers, making comparison much easier. For compact cameras they compare the Olympus TG5, SeaLife DC2000, Canon G9C mkII, Canon G7X mkII and Sony RX100 VA – giving you technical information about each camera including sensor size, LCD screen size, video resolution and much more. They then compare popular housings for these cameras from Olympus, SeaLife, Ikelite, Fantasea, Canon and Sony. All the information if taken from the manufacturers websites and put side by side for easy comparison.

They have done the same for popular mirrorless cameras for divers. The cameras included are: Sony a6300, Sony a6500, Olympus OMD Em-1 MKII and the Panasonic GH5. They compare the housings from: Fantasea, Olympus, Ikelite and Nimar. The table also includes retail prices to compare both the cameras and housings against each other.

Whilst not all the cameras or housings that you might be considering will be listed, the tables give a great place to start when considering your next purchase, saving you lots of time and making it easy to compare some of the available and popular products side by side.
