Red Sea dive instructor has close encounter with Oceanic White Tip (Watch Video)
A dive group in the Red Sea had a close encounter with an oceanic white tip shark that appeared to rub noses with the diving instructor.
The video shows the shark approach the dive group and then nudge the instructor’s video camera.
A second angle of the encounter shows the shark come nose-to-nose with the instructor.
The uploader, Fredrik Borjesson, joked on YouTube that the shark “kisses” the instructor in the footage.
According to Borjensson, the encounter took place at Elphinstone Reef in November of last year.
