How Fast Do You Breathe? Track Your SAC Rate To Maximize Your Scuba Diving Pleasure! (Watch Video)

One easy tip to improve your dives! We’re diving into SAC rates, used to calculate how fast you breathe. With my Ewok buddy, and some basic data from your dive log, you can calculate the volume of gas your breathed per minute.

Why should you calculate your SAC rate? If you track this across multiple scuba dives, you can look for improvements in your scuba diving.
