A former Radio DJ and PR Specialist, Neil’s passion for the ocean made him dedicate his life to scuba diving. He is currently the General Manager for DIVEStination Philippines, a dive travel agency that specializes in dive trips around the archipelago and an active PADI Divemaster in Anilao, Batangas. He is also a Digital Underwater Photography Instructor and has attended a few workshops in underwater photography.
