Underwater Photographer scoops BIUPC title for third time

Trevor Rees, a prolific British underwater photographer has won the British and Irish Underwater Photography Championship for the third time. The Championship engages British and Irish photographers in a demanding on-the-day shoot out, where competitors can chose to dive anywhere in the UK or Ireland, but they have limited time to take photographs and submit them to the judges.  There are strict limits on image processing.
