The 2014 Scuba Show hits Long Beach this weekend
The 2014 Scuba Show takes place in Long Beach, California this weekend (7th – 8th June), at the Long Beach Convention Center. One of the largest consumer dive shows in the United States, this year marks the show’s 27th year.
The Convention Center’s 76,000 square feet of exhibit space will host hundreds of diving companies and resorts from around the world. Experts will talk about and display the latest diving equipment, dive travel destinations, dive education, underwater photography and much more. This is a great opportunity to visit with dive professionals, check out the latest dive gear, see beautiful underwater photography and video, and mingle with thousands of other active divers.
In addition to the booths and film festival, there will be tens of thousands of dollars in door prizes, live California seafood cooking demonstrations and a continuous film festival on a three-story screen. With audience participation, a famous marine artist will create a large work of art that will be auctioned at the end for charity.
General admission is $12, and a full exhibit and seminar pass is $74. For more information on the show, visit www.scubashow.com.
