Lembeh Resort has tastefully styled rooms and bungalows which are strategically positioned to give views of either the ocean or the tropical gardens. Guests can choose between 8 Premium Luxury Cottages, 5 Hillside Luxury Cottages, 6 Garden View Rooms, or a Cliffside Villa complete with private swimming pool, 180° views of the Lembeh Strait and private butler service. Our Premium Luxury Cottages offer modern, tropical living spaces with views over the Strait. For the convenience of groups and families, two Premium Luxury Cottages are adjoining and offer additional space.
Additional Lembeh Resort facilities include a spa, seafront pool with pool bar and deck, reception lounge and library with a computer for guests’ convenience.
Our dive center is the only dive center in the Lembeh Strait to have full time marine biologists, a photo pro, a Backscatter authorized photo center and a spacious designated camera room. With our full time photo pro onsite to answer your questions and give guidance and assistance you’ll be shooting your best images possible.
All dive guides undergo intensive training programs which include critter identification, marine biology, and underwater photography training so you can rest assured that you are in the hands of professionals.
Dive groups are small so that you will receive a more personal service underwater and both private guide and private boat options are available for those who want a more exclusive experience.
The spacious designated camera room gives each guest a workbench with lighting and plenty of plug sockets for charging. Our Backscatter authorized photo center offers photography courses, rental cameras and camera accessories including strobes, tripods, filters, underwater videography equipment and accessories, a purpose built drying box (in the event of leaks), and a 3D printer for manufacturing new items.
Full time marine biologists are also available to help with marine life identification and to give regular presentations about the unique critters of the Lembeh Strait.

I have been diving for 50 Years and did the Passport to Paradise trip in 2022. I must say it is the best diving in my experience. I loved every dive. The resorts are also top notch, especially Lembeh Resort. The food was great and the people did everything possible to give me the best expereince they could. I liked the experience so much, that I will be returning to do the same Passport to Paradise trip in May of 2025. The only thing difference will be that we are staying 4 days longer on this trip. Don’t miss doing the night dives, they are spectacular.
Lembeh Resort was the last stop of our Passport to Paradise and made the experience complete. Ending on a high note was very nice. I must admit that we walked a lot of stairs in the resort but was totally worth the breathtaking views across the Lembeh Strait. The diving was organized meticulously, as with the previous 2 resorts, Murex Manado & Murex Bangka. Food was amazing, such a nice mix of European and Indonesian food. Especially breakfast was good for us as a family. The kids enjoyed every minute of it. The kids also loved the kayaking we could do. We will return for more visits!
Part 3 of passport to paradise, lembeh.
If you love critters, and you want to end your trip in absolute luxury, Lembeh resort is the place.
The rooms are great. The restaurant is just over the top. A wide range of, well, everything is there for you to enjoy. From French to international to Indonesian. I don’t know if it’s true, but I heard that they had basically 3 chefs running wild in the kitchen, and it shows. When it came down to dinner, the starters, the main course, the desserts, all no good for keeping your weight, I over ate, but that’s just me. You only live once.
Great diving, good guides, same sort of big boats as in manado and bangka. I have never seen so many types of octopi and nudibranchs in my life. It’s a very special place for when you are into muck diving.
