The Cayman Islands comprises three islands: Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac and Little Cayman.
The waters around the Cayman Islands are home to diverse marine life including cetaceans such as beaked whales and sperm whales. The water temperature stays above 25°C, ranging from around 26-28°C through the seasons. There are over 300 dive sites around the islands. From dramatic seawalls, shallow reefs with friendly fish, shipwrecks and swimthroughs, there is certainly something for every diver!

Barbados has a lot to offer. Simply taking in the perfect pink-white beaches and azure seas of the Caribbean coast is a huge draw, but this small island is also the home of West Indian cricket, the oldest rum in the world, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, fun and friendly locals, and fantastic food. Whether you want to relax on the beach, tour a distillery or engage in some more active adventures like sailing, freediving, kayaking or touring the underground caverns, there is plenty to fill your holidays with alongside scuba diving and snorkelling.
Barbados is made primarily from coral, unlike her volcanic neighbours. Surrounded by coral the island has a diverse ecosystem, from barrier reef to gently sloping fringing reef. The Caribbean coast of the West and South offers lush tranquil reefs and wrecks, while the wilder north and east Atlantic coast offers more seasonal, adventurous dives.

Shark Trust launches Oceanic 31 Shark Art Auction
After a two-year tour of UK art galleries, community spaces and aquariums, the Shark Trust’s acclaimed Oceanic31 exhibition takes its final bow at the Royal Geographical Society later this month. And the unique collection of artwork, depicting 31 species of oceanic sharks and rays, donated by 31 artists, is now open for bids from art lovers and shark enthusiasts. The online auction will close on the 7th December at 8pm (BST). The money raised will support the Shark Trust Oceanics Programme.
