Phil Short started diving in 1990 and has been a diving professional in the Recreational, Technical, Media and Scientific Diving communities ever since. Phil has logged over 6000 dives, with over 3500 hours on multiple CCR Platforms. Phil is an Explorers Club Member and recipient of theTek Dive USA Diver of the Conference award in 2016.
