New Products from Northern Diver
Northern Diver have released details of 4 new products: the SRE Squeeze Lock Knife, the Electracore 3.0mm Rechargeable Heated Vest, the 3mm Wildwater Shortie Wetsuit and the V3 LED Flexi-Light Sticks.
SRE Squeeze Lock Knife
A compact and portable safety knife, that can be attached to your BCD or PFD, for quick emergency access. Featuring a squeeze-lock mechanism, securely holding the knife in its sheath, to avoid accidental removal or loss but allowing easy removal by simply squeezing the sides of the knife handle. To replace and secure the knife, simply push the blade into the sheath, until it locks into place.

Electracore 3.0mm Rechargeable Heated Vest
The Northern Diver ‘Electracore’ heated vest has been designed and manufactured with your comfort and warmth in mind. The three heat settings allow you to pick a temperature that suits you and if it happens that you want to raise or lower the temperature, the switch has been positioned in an easy to reach position to the left of your midriff – ensuring that even when you’re wearing your suit, the button remains easy to access.
The ‘Electracore’ has been made using a flexible 3.0mm black neoprene shell along with a snug fleece inner lining maintaining comfort for the user, whilst also insulating and reflecting the heat back on to the body, so even if the vest is turned off, there will still be noticeable thermal benefits. The colour of the On/Off button will identify the heat of the vest. With up to a ten-hour run time, the ‘Smart’ Lithium-Ion battery will last for several dives/uses.

3mm Wildwater Shortie Wetsuit
Our ever popular Wildwater shortie is back with a fresh new look and flattering silver stitch detail seams. Constructed from 3.0mm superstretch neoprene that ensures a close and comfortable fit in patterns to suit ladies and gents sizes. You’re sure to be looking great in our ladies velvet purple edition or equally in the gents ocean blue! Smooth-skin seals at the neck, arms and thighs help minimise water ingress and the internal glide-skin zip flap also minimises water flush. Ideal for tropical waters, snorkelling and pool use.

V3 LED Flexi-Light Sticks – 8 Lumens
Northern Diver are constantly using feedback to enhance the evolution of our products and our newly improved V3 Flexi-Light sticks are no different. We have enhanced the prominence of the on/off switch to prevent the light from being switched off unintentionally and to allow the user to easily activate the light when wearing a thicker glove. We offer the V3 in 5 colours plus IR – the same as previous versions and now we introduce the multi-colour V3 Flexi Light.

The SP series neoprene suits deliver incredible diving comfort to even the most demanding divers. Fabulous style included. Designed and engineered in Germany.
The smart 3D cut and the pre-shaped arms and legs not only ensure flexibility and a perfect fit, but also help you slip into the suit with ease. Cuffs on the arms and legs guarantee perfect sealing, which is further enhanced by the flap on the back zipper.
Zippers at the wrists and ankles provide additional comfort and ensure easy donning and doffing. The small neck zipper adds another layer of comfort.
The neoprene ribs in the back of the knees and crook of the arms are unique. The clever concept ensures optimum comfort when bending the arms or legs.
Shoulder and knee protectors protect the suit in high-wear areas. The small computer safety strap holds the device in place. The SP suit series is available for men and women in 5 & 7mm and offers a wide range of sizes including numerous intermediate sizes.
Every day, DYNAMICNORD works to keep its environmental impact as low as possible. Only the best available neoprene is used for the SP series of neoprene suits. It goes without saying that the neoprene is made from limestone. It is sourced from nature and has less negative impact on the environment. Furthermore, Carbon Black, one of the main components of neoprene, is pyrolysed from used tires. This reduces energy consumption and cuts CO₂ emissions by 200 grams per neoprene suit. Innovative dyeing machines reduce water and energy consumption during production by 60%.
