I have just seen his latest blog on Facebook. Quite spectacular. I really feel for who ever it was holding the camera pole. He must be reliving that moment over and over. ‘If only I pulled it away a little sooner!!!’ We’ve all made those mistakes over our lives and just have to put it down to experience. Would have been a spectacular shot.
First Trial Nightmare!!
My good friend Michael Kintner developed a 360 video rig with 6 GoPros. The very first time it was deployed underwater by a film crew, the cluster holder was chomped on by a great white shark. That’s about a $4,000 chomp. Here’s the scene (just released). Bill Macdonald.
